Our monthly Circle is a chance to step back from everyday commitments, share your experience & hear the stories of other women. We explore themes like the New/Full Moon & Wheel of the Year, alongside ritual and self enquiry & calming practices are woven in like meditation, visualisation, yoga nidra (guided relaxation). The sisterhood is strong in this warm container where kindness and respect are core values.
Our monthly somatic breathwork session is a chance to tend to your nervous system. You'll be offered a journey with the Conscious Connected Breath - a chance to release deep stored tensions or stresses, and feel the ease, flow and alignment that the breath can reinvigorate. These session also combine somatic movement & accessible yogic stretching.
The She Collective is a community & alongside the regularity of our calls, there is a chance to connect in the community space & attend our in person retreats & events.
In our modern day lives, it’s not always easy to find meaningful connection with others. Sometimes we may live away from our friends/families, or have commitments. We may feel lonely or unsure who to turn to. She Collective is about community, about sharing our experience, hearing the stories of others, moving through self discovery & expanding our capacity and potential through tools for self regulation and healing.

There is a monthly Circle & a monthly Somatic Breathwork session. Call times are listed in the community section. You'll find a link to the zoom call there.
The Breathwork sessions are available as a replay in the portal. The Circles are not recorded for confidentiality purposes.

£24/month or £200 annually.
Then you are hugely welcome. Sharing is optional, though I hope that if you have something to share that you'll feel comfortable enough to share if you choose to in this environment. Part of what Circle is about is the intention of boosting our communication and connection with other women. We ease this with the values and guidelines that we have in the circle so everyone's voice is heard equally.
